With six years of teaching experience, Kiza became an IT coach at the UNHCR-Vodafone Instant Network School. Witnessing refugees' economic struggles, Kiza founded "Action for Refugee Life to foster sustainable economic advancement. Kiza is dedicated to improving the refugee community's living standards. Additionally, Kiza manages Elimisha Kakuma in Kenya, that provides access to higher education opportunities for high school graduates living in Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya
